    • We ship to every state in the US. At present, we don't ship internationally, but we are always evaluating the shipping options available to us, so expect updates! Tell us where you live and why Rile needs to start shipping there. Tag us @get.rile

    • Typically, we use UPS and USPS.

    • "I'm having problems with the tracking. What can I do?"
    • We are dependent on our couriers for tracking information. Sometimes it takes several days to be visible in their system. If your tracking information doesn't appear to be working, send us an email at support@rile.co and we'll try to help.

  • Returns

    • How do I start a return?
    • If your product is unopened, you have 21 days to make a return. Due to health and hygiene considerations, all opened and used items cannot be returned. Rile doesn't include return slips with our shipments, so please email us at support@rile.co and we'll start the return process. If there is a defect or problem with your order please email us as soon as possible.

    • How long does it take to process a return?
    • Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

  • Sustainability

    • How sustainable is Rile?
    • We're not into green-washing, all consumption has an impact. We're a small company and as we grow our capabilities, we plan to continuously search for and implement more sustainable solutions. But, here's what we're doing now.

      • Our packaging is intentionally minimal.
      • We do not use secondary packaging - the individual boxes for each product that get thrown away as soon as the product arrives.
      • Our mailerbox is made from recycled material.
      • We use insert trays (made from recycled materials), which reduce the need for wasteful and excessive packaging materials.
      • (Fun fact, while developing our products, we ditched our idea for refresher wipes and created our No Shower Shower face and body foam. The world doesn't need anymore wipes clogging up our rivers and oceans).

      In addition, we have partnered with Plastic Bank to support removing plastics from our oceans. We are also in developing a recycling program, powered by teens - so watch this space.
